AI Casualty Detection
Working in conjunction with HM Coastguard and US Coastguard, Endorphin was tasked with architecting, developing and testing an AI solution to detect man overboard casualties in day, night, good weather and bad. The solution is currently being trialled with leading Energy Offshore Rescue Providers.

Autonomous Rescue Vessel
Working in conjunction with leading Oil and Gas and Offshore Renewable organisations, the challenge was to design and build a next generation Fast Response / Rescue Craft (FRC). The Guardian is an unmanned remotely operated vessel, with manual controls to support Lean Crew options and will be launched in Dec 2022.

Pan-European Distribution Centre
Endorphin, in support of a global blue chip organisation, led the consolidation of distribution and fulfilment services from 5 local in country centres, to a single 'mega-centre' in Germany. The project included migration from legacy MRPII systems to ERP as well as physical distribution centre infrastructure.

AI Marine Mammal Detection
Working in conjunction with a major Offshore Renewable Energy Organisation, Endorphin was tasked with architecting, developing and testing an AI solution to detect marine mammals in day, night, good weather and bad. The solution is currently being trialled with leading Offshore Energy Provider.

Whole of Market Trading System
Leading a team of 20 software engineers the challenge was to re-architect a whole of market financial services share trading platform to improve performance and capacity. The solution won multiple national investment awards.
